LAKE CRESCENT, FL

This 15,960-acre lake is a tributary of the St. Johns River. Crescent lake is approximately 30 square miles in length of clean water, abundant vegetation and beautiful scenery. The lakes uniqueness stems from the fact that it has a large variety of bass fishing features. Shallow grass, shell beds, sharp drops, ledges, deep water, pad fields, logs and cypress trees, creek channels, canals and boat docks. Crescent lake has them all, no matter what the pattern or the fishing day provides there something here for everyone to fish.

LAKE FORK, TX

Lake Fork Reservoir is located 65 miles east of Dallas on the Lake Fork Creek, a major tributary of the Sabine River between Quitman, Alba, Emory, and Yantis, Texas. At 27,690 acres and 315 miles of shoreline, Lake Fork was designed as a premier bass fishing lake and currently holds records for 34 out of the Top 50 largemouth bass caught in Texas.  Lake Fork is considered one of the country’s premier trophy bass lakes.

LAKE CONWAY, AR

Lake Conway, a 6,700-acre lake in Arkansas, is the largest reservoir made by a game and fish commission in the United States. It is located just a few miles southeast of Conway, Arkansas and known as an excellent fishing lake. Conway is stocked with bass, catfish, bream and crappie.

LAKE SAKATAH & TETONKA, MN

Tetonka Lake is 1,336 acres in size and approximately 35 feet deep at its deepest point. Lake Sakatah and Lower Lake Sakatah covers 1,191 acres and is connected by the Cannon River to Lake Tetonka, which is an additional 1,336 acres of lake enjoyment.  Sakatah Lake State Park features 62 wooded campsites, 14 of which have electricity. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring.

LAKE EUFAULA, AL

Lake Eufaula is a 45,000-acre lake located on the Chattahoochee River between the states of Alabama and Georgia.  A well-known tournament lake, Lake Eufaula draws anglers from across the United States to test their skills at catching largemouth bass, smallmouth bass and other species.

Since the lake is a border water, part of it lies in Alabama and part in Georgia, a reciprocal agreement has been reached between the states which allows anyone with a valid fishing license in either state to fish the entire lake.

LAKE BURNSVILLE, WV

The beautiful Burnsville Lake, located just 15 minutes from Stonewall Jackson Lake, is known for its gorgeous scenery, clean water and excellent bass fishing.  Rifle Run Recreational Area Campground features 60 campsites, quite a few pavilions, clean restrooms/shower facilities, and beautiful mountain views.   Reservations are not accepted (first come/first serve).

Eligible event boundaries will be all PUBLIC water within a 20-mile radius around Burnsville Lake.

LAKE GUNTERSVILLE, AL

Lake Guntersville is located in north Alabama between Bridgeport and Guntersville. Alabama’s largest lake contains 69,100 acres and stretches 75 miles from Nickajack Dam to Guntersville Dam.  Guntersville Lake fish habitat includes milfoil and hydrilla weed beds from which big bass explode on top water baits. Though most noted nationally for large bass, Lake Guntersville is home to quality angling for a variety of fish.

Kayak anglers like Guntersville because numerous boat ramps dot the shoreline. YakAngler.com rated Lake Guntersville one of the top waters for fishing from a kayak in 2013.
